Fume Cupboard

Description

Fume Cupboard are most commonly used in laboratories and they are designed to protect the user’s exposure to hazardous or noxious fumes that are released during testing, research, development or teaching. Fume Cupboard accomplishes this task by having an inner constructed of chemically resistant material, a marine edge that prevents spillages or seepages from reaching the operator, clear tempered glass sash that acts acts as a safety barrier and an air extraction system that briskly and effectively removes harmful or toxic gases and prevents leakage into the working environment. The Cupboards are designed to comply with the widely acknowledged standard ASHRAE 110-1995.

Front Panel 

• Comes with “Hook-up Front Panel” which allows effortless replacement and servicing.

Internal Liner of the FUME

• Cupboard is built from phenolic board and independent; separated from the front column. Such improved modular version not only scale up production capability but also improves delivery lead time.

Front Column

• Bevel face of front column guides air-ingress without turbulance.

Worktop

• Optional of Epoxy worktop or phenolic worktop which both come in marine edging.

Sash

• Constructed from 6mm tempered glass with guide rail and secure by 2 independent plastic laminated steel wire rope for lock in position.

Storage

• Optional of Acid of Flammable cabinet replace of normal base cabinet.
